Samantha Falter

Samantha is proud to have over a decade of experience in the real estate development and construction industry and be part of the local Street Sotheby's International Realty Real Estate Team. In today's information society, it's more important than ever to have a professional on your side to sort through the vast amount of information that is available to both the buyer and seller that allow for both a personally pleasing and a smart transaction.

Samantha grew up in the Bexley area and graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. She pursued a career as a professional sailor and was fortunate to make her way to New Zealand with the Americas Cup Team in 2000. The tough and tumble sailing world taught her sacrifice, perseverance, and hard work are always valued and can carry through in every aspect of both professional and personal life. Samantha spends her free time traveling, reading, staying physically fit, and, of course, sailing whenever the opportunity present itself.
